Tripping while filming/acting			The actor or person filming when they are doing a tracking shot while walking		Make sure we film on stable ground and plan out are route when we are filming/acting to avoid any trip hazards			None
Bumping into random people			The actor or camera man bumping into a random person		Make sure the area is clear before we start filming, we could also put up signs around the general area that filming is taking place, so they do not get in the way			None
Fire Alarm going off/fire			Going to pick something up and getting caught in fire		Evacuate the building and leave all the equipment where it is.			Make Sure everyone knows what to do in advance to filming.
Damage to Property or Equipment or the people using it.			Dropping the equipment		Make sure we follow the safety advice from the manufacturer of the equipment to prevent harm to the equipment or to the people using it.			Make sure we read this information before using it.
